Hello! I have been practicing since 2014, with an emphasis in trauma/ptsd, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I also stay active professionally and personally in the fostercare and adoptive world. I work with individuals of all ages, 4 to 104. I am a certified Oklahoma TF-CBT practitioner, a Registered Play Therapist, and have been blessed to attend trainings on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) through HALO OKC. I am a Making Sense of Your Worth (MSOYW) Practictioner. I am a Catholic Christian counselor and happy to incorporate Christian values into your healing process if you desire; If you are not a Christian than I likewise welcome you into my practice and am happy to meet you where you feel spiritually comfortable.
